Ages 11 to 14

Our quarterly scripture lessons are quite similar to those of the teen and adult classes.  The Junior class students are encouraged to prepare for their lessons by completing weekly activities.  Each week students are "scored" on their attendance, bringing their Bible, and completing their weekly activities.  At the end of the quarter, students are rewarded based on their accumulation of points.

This quarter our lessons will focus on establishing a faithful people.  We will begin in the book of Genesis with God's covenant with Abraham.  Then we will move on to God's Protection with the story of Joseph and God's ultimate deliverance of His people out of Egypt.  In the last portion of the quarter we will move to the book of Galatians where we will look at God's Redemption.

We are looking forward to Christmas as we will study the Christmas story on Christmas Day!

Our goal in this class of middle school-aged children is to teach God's Word while at the same time developing life-long habits of reading and studying the Bible, praying, and attending church faithfully.
